Its 10 ribs give it good stability and excellent strength. It holds up very well in heavy rain and wind. I love the handle, made of a material that's pleasant to the touch and non-slip. Its shape and size give a firm, comfortable grip that keeps the umbrella from moving, even in the wind. Thank you Javier! Good news: it also closes automatically. With the umbrella open, press the button on the handle once: the canopy closes by itself. Then push the shaft back down until it clicks.
